Dynamic 9.0 mm Rope Construction

The CONNECT ADJUST uses a dynamic 9.0 mm rope lanyard designed to help reduce the force transmitted to the user in the event of a short fall when used correctly.

Positioning lanyards do not have an energy absorber and must only be used below the anchor point where the potential fall factor is less than 1.

Compact Harness Attachment

A thin HMPE sewn webbing loop, based on a Petzl patent, allows the lanyard to be installed on the harness using a compact girth hitch. Its low-profile design takes up less space on the belay loop and remains easy to identify when managing ropes or equipment at the anchor.

TANGA Ring for Carabiner Orientation

The TANGA rubber ring helps keep the carabiner correctly oriented within the ADJUST rope adjuster. This makes clipping and unclipping more convenient during use.

The CONNECT ADJUST is designed for use with an Sm’D TWIST-LOCK-type locking carabiner, which is not included.

Easy Unblocking When Weighted

A dedicated hole in the ADJUST allows a cord to be attached. This can help make it easier to unblock the lanyard rope when the system is weighted.
