True Oval Shape
The DMM AmericanO ANSI features a true oval shape designed to provide predictable loading. Its symmetrical profile makes it a practical connector for applications where consistent positioning and loading characteristics are important.
Large Design for Gloved Use
With dimensions of 71 x 114mm, the AmericanO ANSI provides a generous form factor that is suitable for use while wearing gloves. The large gate opening also provides convenient access when connecting equipment.
Kwiklock ANSI
The Kwiklock ANSI is an auto-locking gate that requires two distinct actions to open. In addition to the standard Kwiklock gate action, the ANSI version is required to exceed 16kN in minor-axis, side-load, and gate-face tests.
It has a 21mm gate opening and weighs 102g.
Locksafe ANSI
The Locksafe ANSI uses an auto-locking gate requiring three distinct actions to open. Like the Kwiklock ANSI version, it is required to exceed 16kN in minor-axis, side-load, and gate-face tests.
The Locksafe ANSI weighs 101g and has an 18mm gate opening.
Strong and Certified Construction
Both versions provide a 25kN major-axis MBS, 16kN minor-axis MBS, and 7kN gate-open MBS. The AmericanO ANSI is certified to EN362:2004 B, EN12275:2013 B, ANSI/ASSE Z359.12-2019, and CAN/CSA Z259.12-16.
